Yes, registration is available for both individuals (private persons) and legal entities (educational organizations, companies, etc.).

To register, fill out a simple form providing: Personal or organizational details; Information about the knowledge or subjects you are interested in (for learners) or teach (for educators); Contact information; Location. After email confirmation, registration is completed.

Verified educators are users who have passed an identity verification process by providing official documents. This status increases learners’ trust, ensuring that the educator is a real person.

Certified educators have not only verified their identity but also submitted documents confirming their education and qualifications (diplomas, certificates, courses). This status helps learners choose professionals with verified expertise.

The platform’s main idea is to quickly and conveniently find an educator or learner nearby. Using the built-in map and postal code display, you can find educators in your area, saving travel time. All educators are gathered in one place, eliminating the need to search online or ask around. Communication takes place in the built-in Educators-chat. Users can send an invitation to start a conversation and exchange messages and contact information — only after both parties have given their consent.

Through Educators-chat, parties discuss the format, price, time, and lesson duration. After agreement, the educator sends a lesson reservation invitation, which the learner must confirm. This locks the lesson in the system.

After the lesson, the educator sends a confirmation request. The learner confirms the lesson took place, and the lesson is marked as completed. This allows tracking and prevents unpaid or uncompleted lessons.

After lesson confirmation, both learner and educator can leave a rating and comment. Feedback helps improve service quality and builds user reputation on the platform.

The platform ensures transparency and safety through lesson confirmation, ratings, reviews, and the ability to contact support and resolve disputes.

Payment for lessons is made directly between learner and educator outside the platform. Educators.lv does not participate in financial transactions between users.

EDUCATOR is the platform’s internal digital currency used to reward activity and pay for additional or paid services.

You can earn currency by: Confirmed completed lessons; Leaving reviews and ratings; Participating in platform promotions and events; Inviting new users and other community-building actions.

EDUCATOR is used to pay for paid or additional platform services, get bonuses, and participate in special promotions.

No, EDUCATOR cannot be exchanged for real money or withdrawn from the platform. It works exclusively inside Educators.lv.

Currently, EDUCATOR can only be earned. The option to purchase will be announced separately.
